Hans J. Wegner model GE-233 easy chairs / A pair.
Rare and early Wegner model GE-233 easy chairs designed as early
as 1952 and among his very first designs for Getama.
The rare model 233 comes with an uncommon feature not seen in
his later Getama designs: the collapsible back-rest and an
adjustable seat that slides forward for a more reclined position.
Model 233 has the sculptural cigar-shaped arm rests seen on his
later ‘close cousin‘ model GE-240.
Original sprung cushions with original Hallingdal 65 upholstery
in stunningly well-kept condition.
The stained beech frames are gently refinished and is offered in
pristine and flawless condition.

Mogens Koch MK-16 folding chair / Cado.
An early version of the Mogens Koch MK-16 chair, designed as
early as 1932 !! The MK-16 is iconic, timeless and flexible / foldable
and it combines functionality and aesthetics.
MK-16 features a strong solid beech wood frame with canvas seat
and back, saddle leather arm rests and brass fittings.
This early Cado edition is clearly embossed by maker stating
designer Mogens Koch and ‘Made in Denmark’.
(nowadays the MK-16 is manufactured by Getama)
Canvas in insanely well-kept condition - no stains etc.
Brass and saddle leather gorgeously patinated and the solid
beech wood parts are double-checked and refinished.

Rare set of four model 3237 Spanish dining chair or hunting made
in solid oak and saddle leather chair showcasing Spanish traditional style combined with Danish Modern functional design and aesthetics.
This spectacular chair design features a sturdy and strong solid
blonde oak frame with seat and back rest in core / saddle leather stretched by the characteristic visible brass buckles.
Børge Mogensen 1964 for Fredericia Stolefabrik.
This set of four with the original saddle leather have aged beautifully
and has acquired a beautiful patina adding the sought-after character.
The original saddle leather and brass buckles, of course.
The solid blonde oak frames – creating a stunning contrast to
the leather – are beautifully restored. A rare and sublime set.

Pair low back easy chairs in solid blonde oak featuring exposed, contrasting teak/oak finger joinery and the original buttoned leather.
Designed by duo Ole Gjerløv Knudsen / Torben Lind in 1962 for
high-end maker France & Søn.
‘Moduline’ was manufactured by France & Søn until 1966 and after
Poul Cadovius took over France & Søn, the flexible ‘Moduline’ was
made by Cado, of course.
In 1980s Fritz Hansen re-introduced the model with a steel frame.
This pair made by Cado – both with maker’s well-preserved metal trademark emblem.
Upholstery to o n e chair with a severe scratch.

Rare patchwork leather modular/sectional low sofa with five
wide seat elements each 90x90cm, loose seat- back- and armrest cushions, two extremely rare, identical leather covered tables 90x65cm w/ handmade ceramic tiles on top and five optional
high-back cushion elements.
Dark brown insanely thick, yet soft patchwork leather.
Tables feature leather on all sides and handmade stoneware
tiles inlaid in leather framed top. Tiles arte all intact, of course.
Separate / optional high-back elements are easily attached
or detached - whatever is preferred.
Iconic design by De Sede, Switzerland 1970s.
Leather in rarely seen well-kept condition, no holes or repairs,
insanely thick quality leather with a perfect patina.

Early burn stamp edition - i.e manufactured prior to 1962.
Set of six CH-24 wishbone chairs - the early burn stamped / seat
height 42,5 cm edition in solid, natural blonde oak and with
brand-new paper cord seats.
Designed in 1949 and Wegner’s first chair design for Carl Hansen
& Søn and it has been in continuous production ever since.
With a form that is uniquely its own, the CH24 holds a special
place in the world of modern design.
Craftsmanship, designed and made with great attention to detail
and construction, texturally pleasing and attractive.
These six beauties are manufactured prior to 1962 and all are clearly
burn-stamped by maker Carl Hansen & Søn.

Designed by Wegner as early as 1952 this iconic sawbuck shaped
CH-29 dining chair – called Sawbuck chair due to the leg shape
resembling that of simple sawbucks / saw horses used by carpenters
or woodworkers.
The simple construction provides an incredible comfort and the design
is so appealing and visually unique.
Vintage CH-29 chairs are often found in oak or teak/oak combined
but the teak version is a rare find.
Design: Hans J. Wegner in 1952 for maker Carl Hansen & Søn.
All six chairs are burn-marked, of course.
Recent upholstery with wear and they deserve better.
